The Situation

The agriculture sector represents the backbone of food security. A sponsor planned the establishment of a modern dairy farm to improve productivity and meet growing demand for high-quality dairy products. To proceed, the project required feasibility validation, a structured financing framework, and a sustainable operating model.

Advisory Scope

Al Taiff provided financial advisory and coordination support, including:

  • Preparation of a feasibility study including herd planning, yield forecasts, and operating cost assumptions
  • Advisory support in structuring a financing framework targeting USD 8–12 million, subject to third-party approvals
  • Coordination support for arranging machinery and equipment sourced from Turkish providers, aligned with quality and pricing requirements
  • Development of a sustainable operating model focused on productivity, scalability, and long-term viability

Outcome

The engagement resulted in the establishment of a modern dairy farm that improved food security, supported agricultural modernization, and created a foundation for long-term operational growth. The project achieved improved investment readiness and operational alignment.
