Al Taiff for Development and Investment operates as part of a wider ecosystem of affiliated and partner entities that collectively support complex, cross-border investment and development projects. While Al Taiff’s role remains strictly advisory and structuring-focused, affiliated companies provide operational and commercial capabilities that complement financial advisory mandates. These affiliations allow clients to benefit from integrated solutions while maintaining clear separation of roles, responsibilities, and contractual obligations.
Where project requirements involve the sourcing, supply, or trading of commodities, Al Taiff may introduce clients to Canaanist, an affiliated commodities sourcing and trading company with experience in international commodity markets.
Canaanist operates independently and is responsible for all commercial, logistical, and trading activities, including supplier engagement, contract execution, logistics coordination, and delivery. Engagements with Canaanist are conducted under separate agreements and in accordance with applicable trade, banking, and compliance standards.
Al Taiff does not participate in commodity trading activities and does not take title to goods. Its involvement, where applicable, is limited to advisory coordination to ensure alignment between commodity supply structures and the broader financial or project framework.
Through affiliated entities, Al Taiff clients may also access complementary operational capabilities, including commodities sourcing and trade facilitation, under separate and independent arrangements.
