Industrial Establishment

Location: GCC / MENA
Indicative Investment Range: USD 18–20 million

Disclosure: This case study describes an advisory engagement. Al Taiff acted in a financial advisory and coordination capacity and did not act as a lender, contractor, arranger in a regulated capacity, or guarantor. All figures are indicative and subject to third-party approvals, documentation, and applicable regulations.

The Situation

An investor proposed the development of an industrial manufacturing facility intended to serve domestic and regional demand. While the commercial rationale was clear, the project required feasibility validation, capital structuring clarity, and alignment between technical scope and financing expectations.

Advisory Scope

Al Taiff provided financial advisory and coordination support, including:

  • Feasibility study development and validation (market demand, capacity, unit economics)
  • Structuring a financing framework targeting USD 18–20 million, subject to third-party approvals
  • Coordination of execution planning inputs (procurement sequencing, installation readiness, commissioning pathway)
  • Preparation of an investor- and lender-ready project information package

Outcome

The engagement resulted in improved investment readiness, clearer alignment between project scope and capital requirements, and enhanced preparedness for institutional review and due diligence.
