Al Taiff advises on the structuring and use of trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit (LC), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Bank Comfort Letters (BCL), and other bank-supported financial solutions. Our advisory scope includes the structuring of monetization frameworks and participation in structured trade or PPP-backed trading programs, arranged in coordination with recognized financial institutions and counterparties. All structures are advisory in nature and designed to support liquidity management, project execution, or transactional efficiency, in accordance with applicable banking, compliance, and regulatory standards. Project Finance & EPC Advisory
Al Taiff advises on the structuring of project finance transactions across energy, infrastructure, industrial, and construction sectors. Our advisory services include financial structuring, risk allocation, and coordination in the selection and engagement of EPC contractors. Where projects benefit from an eligible sovereign guarantee or equivalent credit enhancement, Al Taiff may also support the structuring and coordination of EPC+F frameworks, aligning engineering, procurement, construction, and financing components with lender and investor requirements. In all cases, Al Taiff acts strictly as an independent advisor and coordinator and does not perform EPC works, provide financing, or assume execution responsibilities.
